Delivery
If the desired item is in stock the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days depending on Country. If the item is not in stock, we will send it as soon as it is back in stock and we will notify you about this. We take reservations for any items sold out, just write us an e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock.

On new items there is a warranty of 2 years, you can have a product replaced if it is defective as a result. 

Manufacturing error
There is no replacement for items that are defective due to wear, accident or improper use.

Leleah reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any printing errors.

We will get back to you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock.

Jewelry Maintenance
It is important that you treat your jewelry with care, remove them before going to bed or taking a shower as this will extend the surface threatments that have oxidation or gilding. 

Most of our jewelry is in 925 silver, with surface threatments such as oxidation and gilding.
