Return Policy

At Leleah there is a 14 days full return policy. The right of withdrawal is counted from the time you receive the goods. If you regret the purchase within 14 days, Leleah will refund the price of the goods if the following is observed.
Please note the following:
- If the package is sent to the parcel shop and not collected by the customer, shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount.
- If you were Illegible for free shipping and return your items, shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount.
- The product must be returned in unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging.
- You must enclose a copy of your purchase invoice.

Deliver the item to your desired postal service provider with track and trace no later than 14 days after receipt. .

Fil the package with clear sender name, address and also write "Fortrydelsesret" on the package.

Leleah does not cover shipping costs.

We recommend that a return is done via GLS

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 12c.2. refund LeLeah the price of the returned goods within 30 days.
